Use the calendar on this page to check my availability and if your date is still free to save your date by completing the form under the calendar.

How it works

Use the calendar below to navigate to your wedding date to see if it is still available for booking. If your date turns white when you hover your mouse over it then you can click on the day in the calendar and this will be logged into our system.

Then complete the form below and submit to provisionally hold the date. We will then hold your date for 14 days so that while you book an appointment with the photographer no one else can take that date.

Now what?

You will receive an email notifying you that your date has been held as a date pending confirmation. We will hold your date request for 21 days to allow time for a meeting with the photographer to discuss details. If the date remains unconfirmed at the end of the 21 day period then the date will be placed back on the availability calendar.
