Q1. How do we make a booking for our wedding?
A. To book a wedding please contact us to check availability in the first instance. If I am available on the date you require then a non-refundable deposit of £250.00 will secure the booking. The booking will remain provisional until the deposit is received and you have received written notification from us confirming your booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid in full no later than one month before the wedding day or your booking may no longer be secure.
Q2. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes, I hold both professional indemnity and public liability insurance. This gives you have peace of mind.
Q3. Do you work outside Lincolnshire?
A. Yes, however an additional charge for my travelling and any necessary overnight accommodation expenses will apply. Further details are available on request.
Q4. What happens if the weather conditions are poor on our wedding day?
A. I will shoot as much as practically possible outdoors - weather permitting. Wedding reception venues will often have indoor space to set up flash lighting if required. I always carry my studio lighting with me to make the best of the situation for you.
If you want to ask a question and have it answered here then all you have to do is ask by completing the form below.
Q5. What happens if, for unforeseeable circumstances you are unable to attend on the day?
A. Since being a professional photographer this has never happened, but of course it is a possibility and a valid concern for you. If for some unforeseen reason I could not attend I would endeavour to arrange for one of my colleagues to attend in my absence. However if this is not possible then liability will be claimed through my insurance.
I also advise couples to take out a wedding insurance which covers them for the reverse situation. This means that if you have to cancel at short notice all of your suppliers can still be paid and you avoid lawsuits.
